The Children for Health 100 are 10 health messages for children to learn and share in 10 health topics.  Each one is designed for 10-14 year olds to learn and share.

In the Collection section of this website, you will find that each message has an extra page of information about the message and how to get children mobilised to learn more and share ideas! We have a booklet on each set of messages  and activities for you to download free and in our ‘shop’ a booklet that contains all 100 messages. The 100 are also on the back of  the 100 poster.

Alongside each topic, we suggest activities that can help to mobilise children as activists and messengers of good health.  These might be teachers, youth workers, faith leaders and others.

The messages and activities are reliable health education content and activities that can be used by parents and by educators in the classroom and in children’s clubs.

We have created the Rainbow Stick as a tool for learning, collecting and sharing the 100.
